Shipping Information

1. Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, or DHL International Express.
Note: These carriers do not deliver on weekends or national holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

  • United States & Canada:
    Flat rate: US$15

  • Other Countries:
    We ship to Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and more.
    If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order for a custom quote.

3. P.O. Box Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required for delivery.

4. Signature Requirement

All deliveries via UPS and FedEx require a signature upon delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

6. International Shipping & Delivery Time

Yes, we ship worldwide.

  • Proofs are sent within 36 hours of order placement.

  • After your approval, delivery takes approximately 7–12 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

7. Production Timeline

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 7–10 business days

  • Printed, custom, or sample orders: Up to 2 weeks
    (We may contact you to confirm order details during this time.)

Shipping Time

  • Approximately 3–5 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • In-stock items (no printing): 10–14 business days

  • Custom/printed items: 3.5–4 weeks

8. Rush Orders

We will do our best to meet your deadline.
After reviewing your order, we’ll confirm whether your timeline is feasible.
Rush orders are not available during peak season (February–July).

Yes, samples are available.
