SHIPPING & PRODUCTION POLICY

 

1. Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, or DHL International Express.

Please note: These carriers do not deliver on weekends or national holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Canada & United States: Flat rate CAD $10

  • International Orders:
    We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and more.
    If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

3. P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required for delivery.

4. Signature Requirement

All deliveries via UPS and FedEx require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

6. International Shipping & Delivery Time

Yes, we ship worldwide!

  • Proofs are sent within 36 hours of order placement.

  • Once you approve the design, delivery typically takes 12–15 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

7. Production Timeline

In-Stock Items (No Printing)

  • Processing Time: 7–10 business days

  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days

  • Total Delivery Estimate: 10–14 business days

Printed / Custom / Sample Orders

  • Processing Time: Up to 2 weeks

  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days

  • Total Delivery Estimate: 3.5–4 weeks

Note: We may contact you during this time to confirm order details.

8. Rush Orders

We’ll do our best to accommodate urgent deadlines.
Rush requests are reviewed based on production capacity and timeline feasibility.

Please note: Rush orders are not available during peak season (February–July).

9. Samples

Yes, samples are available for a fee.
