RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Please note that the majority of our products are handmade and personalized, and as such, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once we have begun processing. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you may contact us immediately to check if processing has started. If not, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Any changes or cancellations must receive prior written approval from Rea Events. Additional charges may apply. If a cancellation is approved, it will be subject to the deduction of any costs, charges, or expenses already incurred, and you agree that these may be withheld from any payments previously made.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review your order before submitting.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Manufacturing Defect or Incorrect Item: Returns will only be accepted in the event of a clear manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was dispatched.

  2. Inspection & Notification:

    • You must inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.

    • All claims for defects, damage, or shortages must be submitted in writing within 3 days of delivery.

    • Please email your claim to info@reaevents.ca.

    • Claims submitted after the 3-day period will not be accepted.

  3. Damaged or Tampered Shipments:

    • If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or unsealed, refuse delivery.

    • If delivery is accepted, you must contact both the carrier and Rea Events within 3 days.

    • Do not discard the packaging or damaged items.

    • Please submit clear photographs of both the damaged outer packaging and affected items.

Upon receiving and reviewing your claim, we will offer either a replacement or a credit for the purchase price, depending on the nature of the issue.
